The Veterans Connect and Wellbeing project will be supported by the Catalyst Foundation as well as multiple Ex Service Organisations (ESO’s) across metropolitan and Regional South Australia.

This project seeks to give Veterans and their families a right time, right place, relevant and accurate information to ameliorate duplication of service efforts by commonwealth and other Ex-Service Organisations while limiting the frustration on Veterans and their families in finding the information and support when needed. The project connects Veterans and their families to services and links both an online directory and an in person meeting to minimising Veterans bouncing from one service provider to another whilst trying to seek information and support to meet their needs.

This project directly aligns and supports the Veterans Mental Health & Wellbeing Strategy & National Action plan (2020-2023) by creating opportunities for networking through the Catalyst Foundation and ESO’s across South Australia.
